Was there a reason for the sawing off of the rail, or just for the fuck of it?

So I spent like fifty thousand on a computing career,which I failed.This was just after the army.The money came from something my parents had put aside on some high profit bank account.Later I got myself an education as a gardener,that cost me approxmately fourty eight thousand.Which I later paid down,after I got the gardening certificat.That was after working two years as a trainee,as a gardener.Then you had to do this test,where you made a lawn,planted trees,bushes,made a sitting place with bricks and curbs surrounding it.Plus answering some questions aswell.During that test there was some problems with the transportation,but it went smooth,even though.This was just after I had spent some time in the hospital,due to some disease I got,I spent like three weeks in the hospital.Then a month or so to recover.I was so skinny that I actually felt a bit too skinny.I could bare jump at first.Even lifting the feet was a bit difficult.I had too rebuild the muscle tissue,over a certain period of time.Then later I took that exam,the same year,which lasted for approxmately a week.Monday till friday.Which I passed,as said earlier.A friend of mine failed,he took it some time before.I rember being there to help him,cause,when going up to that test you needed a sidekick.I was raining alot so it was hard to plant in the mud,even harder to make a lawn.I think he failed on some of the questions.Later when I had the test I was real lucky with the weather.
