Billy takes the Bling-Fest First Place!!!!

Toy Machine's own Billy Marks has taken the 'winner take all' grand prize for best trick at this year's Active Bling-Fest Best trick contest.


It came down to Bryan Herman and Billy, but in the end, Billy walked away with the cash payment.
