Ruby Aldridge for NY Times 'S' Mag pt.2
For this post I am focusing on the B&W out takes shot with the Leica. (again, these images are scanned from the proof sheet.) The article was called "Shimmer like your Sister Kate." It was styled by Sara Moonves. The editorial can be seen on nytimes.com.

My good friends Ashley Baluyut and her BF Grant Hatfield were also there to model for the shoot.
A drifter approached Ruby and proceeded to grope.

Usually you can see Catalina off on the horizon, but it was too cloudy this day. I'm sure Ash was dreaming of it.

I just bought a reissue deck of Ed's New Deal graphic, the one with the blue cat. It's pretty cool, It would be cooler though if it was the actual New Deal. I'll post pics when I get it.
Jgonz you asked how my Vegan quest was going? Honestly it's going very slow. I eat meat everyday, I eat beef at least 5 times a week. I'm noticing changes in my body, especially with my digestive system. My asshole is constantly itching. I have no energy. I hate it.

Where I live we don't have a lot of vegan friendly foods. I gotta get the hell outta West TX.
