The last of Berlin...

I have more photos from Berlin. Actually I'm home now, got back yesterday, and now have a fast computer and plenty of time to do this web-log. It's hard when you are trying to experience a city, see it, walk amongst it, take photos, eat, keep a dairy, and create an exciting but informative itinerary for a young couple's first encounter with said city. You realize there is no time for something so metaphysical and illusory as blogging.
Did some photo-boothing while the youngs were out eating dinner.
Who likes waiting for those?
The tower is omnipresent.
"You look familiar."
It's nice to see the young couple soaking in the culture. Who knows what sort of impression this trip will have on their lives. Will it instill the travel bug? Has this informed their world view?
These critters, although mythological, are pretty cool. When people walked into the ancient city of Babylon, and through the Ishtar gate and beheld this beast, I wonder what went through their minds.
As mentioned above, saw a Pettibon show at CFA in Berlin.
Sabrosa Bebida time. Leckere Getränke doesn't have the same poetry, so it stays in Spanish.
Posted May 31st, 2011 by Nora Tschirner and Xenia Seeberg once had an episode...
I have to say I actually like blogging. It makes me feel like I'm a little more important than I really am.

I wonder if that chick in the last photo listens to H-I-M and the 69 eyes?lol

No stress, Ed.No stress.
Hope you had an enjoyable time in the old world anyway...

So within the last 4 weeks you have been to Copenhagen,
Berlin, London where else..Paris, Rome, Sardinia?
Actually I would define that as a stressful time...
More countries & cities than some people see in a lifetime.

But who have you´ve been hanging out with to know the girls
you mentioned?Bought some german teenage magazines?
I had to google the second one.Total trash.

I think that german teen magazine is one of the oldest and longest running teen mags in the world.Their first issue came out in 1955.
"Leckere Getränke" ,what you mean not the same poetry?
Well, Sabrosa bebida actually sounds more sexy.
"Lecken" means lickin, so I guess it´s a finger lickin good juice.
The Kaiser Wilhelm Church. Ugly as the night on the outside,
but pretty atmospherical inside.
Telling by his hat, Grant must be excellent with a whip...
The critters.
Imagine how people reacted to Caravaggio or Brueghel,
though I don´t think the common people of that time
ever saw any of them.

"Watchu doin tonite dawg?" "Starring at the church windows..
they added a new frame, can´t wait to see if they´ll nail that
guy to the cross."
David Gonzales spandexing out in Berlin?
Young lad, must be rockin like a hurricane.

Those leggings remind me of some old Greco Krew jeans. Now he's into blown out cholo ass dickies. that guy is somewhere else.
It's kinda sad that Duffel doesn't wear Duffel Jeans anymore. I feel like that phase of skin tight black jeans is out. Elijah Berle realized that. Fuck, he totally upgraded his shit. Sorry but Choco>Foundation. Vans>Osiris.
Skate talk from some asshole that sucks at skating.

Meh. you can reminisce and blog when you're back. Just dump your steamy web logs all over my face.

The youngs.
made me chuckle.

You took the guy with his face on your book with you. That's funny.

I was googling some Staba. I guess he had a book.
