Speaking of Vota.

Any opinions on Obama trying to get re-elected?
I'm not really sure about it,you know. 8 years of Bush then 8 years of Obama.
Posted By: Jgonzalez on April 6th, 2011 at 09:46AM PST
You are joking, right Jgonz? Are you saying we should go back to a republican president? You think McCain/Palin would have been better? Obama is not perfect BY A LONG SHOT, but he is also WAY, and I mean WAY better than the alternatives.
Posted By: ed on April 6th, 2011 at 10:39AM PST
I was thinking more like what other options do we have as democrats.
It feels kinda stagnant having the same dude for another four years. Bush got re-elected, and it's not like his second half improved. Then again, from our perspective things might get better,but worse in the Republican's eyes. I want Obama to increase taxes on the rich, maybe he'll go balls out since he doesn't have shit to lose in his next term.

Dude,I would have voted for Obama if I could have. You think I'd ever back Palin? haha.
Speaking of, have you guys ever seen the McCain/Palin stickers with the McCain portion peeled off? There's this restaurant that supposedly has a portrait of Reagan inside that has a car parked out front with only the Pailin portion on the stickers. plus I've seen it around on other cars.

vote for Jgonz.
dude, you don't know politics.
i don't either.
what i do know, however, is that Republicans are happier than Democrats
or at least that's what we learned in my last paper in english class.

oh yeah, and our art professor talked about Gent and how important it was during the northern renaissance, which reminded me of ed, which reminded me of toy machine, which reminded me of skateboarding and led me to a 5 minute daydream of me shredding it with the homies back home.

If I don't know Politics, it's scary to think that about some people that vote.

I used my Googles to find the report thing.

"Well, Republicans are different from Democrats. How so? Let us count the ways.

* They have more money.2
* They have more friends.3
* They are more religious.4
* They are healthier.5
* They are more likely to be married.6
* They like their communities better.7
* They like their jobs more.8
* They are more satisfied with their family life.9
* They like the weather better.10
* They have fewer financial worries.11
* They're more likely to see themselves doing better in life than their parents did.12
* They're more likely to feel that individuals - rather than outside forces - control their own success or failure.13
* They have more of what they most value in life. (No, it's not money).14"

Let's quit listening to The Smiths and go hunting. I guess.
