Budapest, the early shots.

I see the pawns have a more steady ladder. What do you think of Trash humpers and Gummo Ed?
Posted By: emilie on January 18th, 2011 at 03:47AM PST
When are you getting home?
Posted By: mario perez on January 18th, 2011 at 06:29AM PST
My favorite part in Trash Humpers is when they drag the baby dolls on their bicycles.

Can't wait to see the Hungarian scene through this internet.

I keep farting gnarly farts. I ate some Raisin Bran.

Fresh, I saw your pregunta on Olson's blog.

S Van, I put the pack of film in the camera and was totally happy the camera wasn't a dud. Also the bird photo looks worse in person. It didn't really develop good 'cause it was cold out, I guess.

Any of that shipping packaging getting recycled? Dang,Hump that trash.

JGonz,
Messing with old equipment is like gambling sometimes,
glad it worked.Guess, there´s always something to complain
about technique and stuff, but sometimes you get
something unexpected that´s just great the way it is.
Posted By: S van on January 19th, 2011 at 06:04AM PST
I guess that's the mystery behind film photography and whatever. you know, not looking at the preview screen behind the camera.

And every failed photo costs me money instead of just hitting the "delete" button. Oh well, I like how everything is going so far.

Yeah, bros. I'm on a computer, there's people around me. I'm on this like island of CPU units with other people clicking around. I'm right next to them, they don't even know. Maybe I should convince them to follow some of your guys' blogs.

Completely unrelated question:
There is a vegan soapmaker at my place of employment today. This confuses me, because I didn't think soap was a non-vegan item. Clearly I am not vegan and have never put any thought into being vegan, but I'm down for supporting vegan products so that green-eyed marketing executoids will see some marketability outside of the vegan community and inadvertenty raise some awareness about alternative dietary lifestyles. What is it about regular soap that is non-vegan? Please tell me it's more than some smelly hippy making excuses for being smelly.

It will get you to the point when you think about either buying
some drinks`n`stuff or develop some film. And you´ll like it.
You´re well promoted overhere;)
What´s so special about you beeing on a computer?
Posted By: S van on January 19th, 2011 at 10:34AM PST
I was totally talking about those people, and they don't even know that people will be reading in Germany that I'm talking about them.

it's either buying a Morrissey Album or some film.
I still need to get that new Bona Drag on vinyl. The new Picadilly Palare is super good. that's the only one I've listened to so far.

More BA. Has this link been posted?

Already checked the Burnout Boot Barn?
Our overlord almost got beheaded.
Posted By: S van on January 20th, 2011 at 06:04AM PST
So JGonz, you got yourself a Polaroid camera?
Sounds like it, because of that temperature part.
If so, Congratulations! Strange, camera cost me 10 at a flea market, pack of film 26. 8 Pictures per pack!
My trick is to put the photo into my back pocket asap when shooting in the cold. You can also hold it between your fingers, try wrinkling it a little for funny effects. And those new Impossible films still have very "artistic" results, but that's more of an advantage for me... I would really like to see the bird picture, you have a blog, right?
So, even people from Austria read your posts...
Sadly,I won't make it to the opening today, a friend of mine is moving, have to help her.
Posted By: ex royal on January 21st, 2011 at 12:15AM PST
Yep,here's the bird photo:
>http://s3.amazonaws.com/data.tumblr.com/tumblr_lexwzpcqfJ1qbno3mo1_1280.jpg?AWSAccessKeyId=0RYTHV9YYQ4W5Q3HQMG2&Expires=1295847622&Signature=qM7fqVV%2FLVDwYbskMkFwqwsTID4%3D

He was in a gravel parking lot of a restaurant.on the boardwalk that's on the bay.

It was pretty cold out that day, like around upper 40's. So the photo doesn't really look that dark in person.

I put it in my armpit, never really thought about my back pocket. It's supposed to develop upside down too. I haven't really taken enough photos though, need to start messing around with the film, bending and whatever. I wonder if Impossible Project will ever achieve a perfect film, you know? I imagine they would still offer artistic looking film.

Austria..the world is shrinking.

Hello guys!

Another show, Ed? Congratulations!
I wish I was in Europe to see this.
Is the offer for the nudes still available?
haha.

JGonz, come summer I will be backpacking through the states, & I will start by heading north. We should meet & frolick through the concrete meadows of the northwest.

Everyone, get a copy of "Howl".
Or just get the iPhone app or whatever else technology has come up with.

I love you all & all you love.
Take care.

I will stop by the next time a computer is in my possesion.
Posted By: Jacob on January 23rd, 2011 at 11:14AM PST
And I love everyone, too.
I´m keeping it simple this year.

Jacob is a very friendly young fellow.
I would accept.

Seemed Vinny´s prayers were heard.

Scatoscopy over at JGonz´s house.
That picture could tell more about you
then all of your comments.
If you can read the language of nature...

Someone already found some pics from the opening?

yo whats up everyone!Seems everyone is busy doing there own thing but can't wait to see the next post.Miss you ED hope everything is going good.

Good morning!
Grrr, can't view your picture jgonz, has probably somthing to do with the EXPIRES= in the adress and me being 2 days late... but whatever. Impossible are improving their film constantly, and they really have to in order to survive. As of now, scan your pictures fast, they deteriorate within a month! Or try emulsion lift: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3qVrAYF66Q8&feature=related I put 2 over each other, double exposure the hard way...
But back to topic, yes I also can't wait for the next post, I'm curious what ed has to say about Hungary. Seems he picks countries with fucked up politics for his exhibitions, Belgium(Gent)has no new government since april!
thanks vinny for the blogs!

I guess this one will work. Maybe.

http://jgonz4ever.tumblr.com/post/2723073512/seagull

That process looks pretty complex. I did tape the back of the photos so moisture doesn\'t get in as the website suggests. Also I guess store them in the upright position, like on a wall or something too they recommend.

Looky loo, it\'s Jacob.
Backpacking through the US? True vagrancy?
It would be funny if we did meet, and we ended up thinking each other is lame.

Jacob, let Ed take photos of your a-hole after you poop. You know, photograph all that crust and hair mixed with the doughy fresh poopoo. Feel the texture.
Posted By: Jgonzalez on January 24th, 2011 at 10:08AM PST
We should all meet.
Ex Royal and I propably could set up some pawn camp in the beautiful black forest;) Camp fire, Wiener Würstchen, taking polaroids of our würstchen, some Moz on a acoustic...I can almost smell the wood.
Posted By: S van on January 24th, 2011 at 01:13PM PST
Yeah, dudes. Let's all film sponsor me tapes this year, then all get on SLAP's One in a Million.

http://www.wimdelvoye.be/analkisses.php#
Sometimes too gross for me, but this guy makes some cool poo related art. The back to town button isn't working but try to get to the homepage at any cost it's big time amazing!
Lifts are not that hard actually, cut away the edges, peel off the back, throw in hot water wait a few minutes, some brushing and you're done;-)
Yeah S van just skip the "let's get all terry richardson with our würstchen" part and we have a deal!
And now... episode 17. (casting show + skaters = wait, I swore to never watch something like this again?)
Posted By: ex royal on January 24th, 2011 at 11:55PM PST
We can do that when you´re already sleeping;)

Interesting link.
Reminds me of Kippenberger, using Hotel note paper.
And it reminds me of a quote I heard:
"The ass is the most beautiful part of the body,
but still there comes a lot of shit out of it."

It also reminds me of this artist,I forget who it was,
but he was shitting while crawling on all fours,
at his opening.

Things people do when they´re bored or eager for attention.

My last sponsor me tape is from around 1992.
It´s not bad, but vhs.Are Judo airs still the shit?

No Judo airs, but some video stills from our old
backyard mini with about 4 inch vert:

Posted By: S van on January 25th, 2011 at 02:35AM PST
I just watched those analkisses again.
I was wondering if they´re real and how
to manage that without wrinkling up the paper.
To get a print that precise and detailed you have to dig deep.
You propably don´t get it by just sitting on a paper,
spreading cheeks.

Damn, what did you do, what am I thinking off?!!
