Interview in The New Tough Magazine
Posted October 30th, 2010 by Culture is the antidote to Life's Unanswered Question
I clicked on the Tough Magazine link.
That 'zine or whatever is pretty cool. I was thinking that maybe in some years all this hipster art will be cool. Like the hipster geometric shapes with animal stuff.Right now people hate on that shit, but later people are gonna be like "wtf was I thinkin',brah?". Since people talked shit about Impressionist artists and whatever.
Ian Mackeye, Space Photos, Cats,Ed Templeton, Dick Polaroid ,Case Studies.
I'm Lovin' it.

House Call @ Thrasher from Active

Deanna's outfit kinda looks like a postal worker. Haha. It's cool though.
I wonder if Xzibit will show up at her exhibit,'cause I heard he lieks Exhibits especially ones that Xzibit can go Exhibit.

Culture? America lacks a lot of culture. Unless Racism, fear mongering, greed, and consumption count.

Dan, Animal shirts FTW.
And I don't have any plans for Halloween besides eating a lot of candy, watching TV and giving candy to kids. Let's just log on and comment here.

Nö Halloween here either.
Although Europe's pretty infected with that too.
Fill the space?
Today I fixed a flat tyre for the first time ever.
I felt so manly.
How's boredom everyone?

We have culture? American citizens aren't real americans, just people whose ancestors migrated here.
I guess Indian culture would be american culture(I don't give a fuck if I'm not being politically correct, fuck you).

Cool vid.

The settlers had to clean the country of satan worshiping savages before people could live on it. All in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Vote for Meg Whitman to restore California. another cleansing(genocide) to restore California like it used to be. Jerry brown is just an old liberal pussy, nobody wants to look at his Scrot face.jk.
Anybody excited about voting this November?

Native American culture is dying. That's sad.

Ed,in that interview you said you watch Bill Maher? I like that show too. You see that new episode with Jimmy Carter in it? It's surprising he's still alive, but also cool. Bill Maher's hair is pretty gross though. And he does slam Conservatives for the sole reason of being Conservative. He's funny though.

You also said you think de-evolution is happening? Before you bust out your Are We Not Men? LP I guess it's more of we're evolving in a different way. Like if someone dies from texting while driving. They won't live to reproduce and pass on that dangerous behavior of Texting while driving. And we're evolving kinda around Technology. But it's easy to think that de-evolution is happening. for example I saw this middle aged obese couple going around in those Scooters while smoking. They're just making their body worse when they're already morbidly obese. Maybe they just passed the threshold where Giving a Fuck isn't a viable option anymore.

today I was in a corn maze out in the suburbs. it was pretty cool. there was other fair ground type stuff going on as well. then I dressed up as some sort of survivor of some sort of apocolypse and went to a little get together. it was fun. quaint, but fun. they were playing shitty horror movies. there is something lost in translation when you watch shitty horror movies. You have to think to yourself "this person made this and was proud enough to market/sell this. how? why?" but then again, they could be like "art for the sake of art" type directors like Ed Wood..... I don't know. it's hard to explain I guess but I think sometimes people just see something and then react and don't think about it deeper. which is fine and I don't even care, but I just think about that. I probably think things over too much in general.

Whenever I see pictures of Deanna I just remember Ed talking about seeing her for the first time and how she had 'really hairy legs'. I don't know why. It just occurs to me that she didn't enjoy shaving.

Ed- what were you thinking when you saw 50? were you like "meh, what am I doing here?" or were you more like "oh wowie, it's 50". I would chortle. I like that word. Chortle and Destroy.

How do people think about the attempted Yemen mail bomber? I would assume that there are millions of packages sent everyday that have millions of explosive devices sent to important places/religious places/general places and there is nothing mentioned about those in the news at all but then this happens and it's everywhere.... sometimes ( a lot of times ) I think the government makes things seem important to distract you from something that is actually really going on right in front of you. And that, my internet people, is what I think a real brainwash is.

A cooler version would be some sort of sort of cinematography composed of favored and loved professional skateboarders doing amazing things on freestyle stuntwood. all the while sweet music is playing in the background. this is the type of Brainwash I wish to get into soon once I can.

Self inflicted.

skate and masticate.

What kind of "society" is that "society" club?
Ed Templeton, 50 Cent... pretty random..
I never can imagine Ed beeing in a club with 50 cent.
Don´t know how all these ghettoass moves are called,
but u both didn´t do the "handonkneesbuttpumping" moves?
It was more like a country club with an wine & cheese event?
Was Arsenio Hall there, too?

When I say "club" I'm not talking nightclub with lights and music blaring. It's some place that costs 5g's to be a member, unless you're invited. I was invited to see a film screening, and by chance, 50-cent was walking through from the restaurant to leave with about 15 women.
