Catalina Island, Part 2

(I'm off to Tampa for Emerica's Wild in the Streets, so I'll resume posting when I get back.)
The first two days we were there were unremarkable due to a debilitating headache. But the last day Grant and his GF Ashley came to party with us.
The boat was full, and they were on standby!
Fast forward to our picnic on a deserted beach. That is our little boat anchored out there to the right of Deanna's head. (Not the one with the mast.) Not a single person around, the entire cove to ourselves. We had already seen two Bald Eagles flying overhead, and there were two skeletons of dead pelicans on this beach.
Willow Cove was ours. We picniced and skipped rocks, hiked around, and handled dead pelicans. The weather was perfect, the company sweet, the food epic, and the location unmatchable.
At first I was like, "No shirt off photos!"
Then I was like, "Fuck it, Grant, lets compare abs!"
My old Indiana Jones hat got too haggard, now I have this one that is not as cool.
The beautiful people fill the beach nicely.
Lets get a smootch.
This was Grant jumping off Frog Rock. Deanna was late on the trigger. The water was very shallow this day, 5 to 6 feet deep at the most. I hit the bottom pretty hard both times I did it.
This is a photo of a photo of Avalon Harbor before they took dynamite to Sugarloaf rock to make way for the Casino Building.
The steps to the dive park.
Golf cart journey. It was a first time ever for Ashley driving a golf cart and a boat today!
Grant and I both shot the skeeball action.
There was a one-handed guy in my first shot, but I missed it.
The boat trip back to lame-land.
Still handsome after all that fun.

A photo of a photo, that's art.

Sounds like something I would do, jump off a cliff, hurt myself and then jump off again to see if it will still hurt.

You should take leo's hat, his is pretty delicious.

A left handed boxer, if anyone here is left handed, take up boxing, grow a porn star mustache and go undefeated.

New York Cheddar Kettle chips are super good.

I need to do some goddamn pushups and situps right now.

You seem more obsessed about Grant than his GF. Well, then. Deanna would check your blog then be pissed at you otherwise.

The arrows show how dedicated and serious you are to your posts.

Eggs, The New Morrissey Albums are alright. I guess I like them mostly just because I'm a fan. Otherwise I wonder if I would even like them if they were the only ones I had ever listened to.

Are you going to skate at Tampa? Get Wild in those streets?

The last picture of this post is awesome. I like how Grant seems bigger on the left somehow.

Bummer about not getting the one-handed guy on film.
Catalina Island always looks awesome and it looks like you had fun. I really enjoy the green arrows haha.

I hope you're also going to the RVCA skate demo in NJ. I'll definitely be there and be awkward.

Oh, the boat ride home looks like a train to me.

Im going to leave with a quote "Willow Cove was ours. We picniced and skipped rocks, hiked around, and handled dead pelicans."-Ed Templeton

reading that made me laugh hard.
