NYC, day 4, good times...
The girls from Guam came back, very cute and very nice. I went to a great new bookstore for me, Dashwood Books, super epic. Bought books. Hung out at the book fair with BARR and David Horvitz. Attended a great art exhibition featuring about 10 crazy good artworks by Chris Johanson. Saw Marshall Schuster who married Justin Regan, and saw Cheryl Dunn and her man-toy Micheal too! Deanna and I had a superb brunch at Blossom. Dinner at Caravan of Dreams. Exactly. I'm over-amping.

Buildings are not cheap and not every person can buy it. But, mortgage loans was invented to support different people in such kind of situations.
