I'm going away to do an exhibition in Copenhagen, Denmark (opening May 6th) and do some galavanting around Europe for a month. So posting after this week can be sparse. My apologies to the frequent visitors. I may be linking some things on Facebook, so you can always look there.

MOCA Members' Opening...

There was another opening on Saturday night.

Before going up to LA, we were walking around the beach in Huntington.

Watching the beach culture.

Saw this kid, Garrett, who had just been pummeled by two jocks. That sucks man. He took it like a man.

Right when I got there to MOCA I was corralled into an interview.

Art in the Streets: The Opening

With over 100 artists in such a massive group show, there is no stress, just fun. We go to people watch.

Went early for a group photo, and then cruised around with some friends taking a pre-opening preview.

Spike Jonze takes a photo of Geoff McFetridge in Banksy's part of the show.

Spike was enjoying the crowd-less preview.

Shout out to Pat Tenore of RVCA in Barry McGee, Tod James', and ESPO's Street Market.

Did a signing and demo with Emerica.

The Josh Harmony jammed from his new album LAMPS (with cover artwork by yours truly.)

During the time Josh couldn't skate because of his hip injury and subsequent surgery, he made this album. Use your time wisely young men!

MOCA Art in the Streets...

Went in on Thursday to prepare my wall and took a sneak peek at all the action.

I roamed around until I found a wall with my name on it. There were some pretty cool walls, Keith Haring, Banksy, Mark Gonzales, but all were still blank.

Did run into Brazilian mega-twins Os Gemeos, who are killing it, I won't show any spoilers.

Then stumbled upon Philly's own Dan Murphy, who was programming an old juke box.
